Our Mission
HJA Foundation was founded by professional footballer Hamdi Akujobi to empower communities in Amaimo, Nigeria.
We believe every child deserves education, every family deserves healthcare, and every young person deserves an opportunity to thrive. Together we are building a better future for Amaimo.
What we do
HJA Foundation works across four key pillars to create lasting change in Amaimo, Ikeduru LGA, Imo State, Nigeria.
Education
We build and support schools, provide scholarships, and ensure every child in Amaimo has access to quality education.
Healthcare
We support local health clinics, provide medical supplies, and organise health campaigns to improve the wellbeing of families in Amaimo.
Sport & Youth
We use sport as a tool to inspire young people, build discipline, and create opportunities for the youth of Amaimo to reach their full potential.
Community Development
We invest in local infrastructure, support community projects, and work with residents to build a stronger and more resilient Amaimo.
