Our Story
HJA Foundation was born from a simple but powerful belief: that one person can change the future of an entire community.
Founded by professional footballer Hamdi Akujobi, HJA Foundation has been working on the ground in Amaimo, Ikeduru LGA, Imo State, Nigeria — providing education, healthcare, sport opportunities, and community development to those who need it most.
Today, HJA Foundation is active in Amaimo with concrete projects in education, healthcare, sport and community development. We are growing every day and our goal is to expand our impact across Imo State and beyond.

In 2023, HJA Foundation renovated a primary school classroom in Amaimo — providing new furniture, learning materials, and a safe environment for children to learn.
